Information required for delivery
Provide a complete and accurate address, clear directions, and the recipient’s name and contact phone number. These details help us coordinate delivery.
If you request an anonymous delivery, we will do our best to respect it. We cannot guarantee delivery if the recipient refuses the package because they do not know the sender.

Delivery conditions
The courier will wait up to 15 minutes at the specified address. Rescheduling delivery or redirecting it to another address incurs an additional charge. If an incorrect or incomplete address prevents delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of another delivery. Please check all details before confirming your order.
